Throat Singing in Drohobycz

Throat Singing in Drohobycz is a hand painted book, page size 18.5" x 12.5," painted on Stonehenge, and bound by John Demeritt.

The text is derived from Street of Crocodiles, a short story collection by Polish writer Bruno Schulz. In the fall of 1942, Schulz was shot and killed by the German Gestapo while walking home to the Drohobycz Ghetto.
